1. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age to access this Site or purchase any products. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

Research Use Only. All products sold by Winners Circle Peptides are intended strictly for laboratory research purposes. They are not drugs, food, cosmetics, or dietary supplements, and are not intended for human or veterinary consumption, diagnosis, treatment, or cure of any disease. Products have not been evaluated by the FDA.

2. Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payments are processed securely through PayPal. By submitting an order, you authorize us to charge the payment method provided for the total order amount, including applicable shipping.

3. Shipping

Orders ship within 1–2 business days. Free standard shipping applies to orders of $175 or more within the United States; a flat shipping fee applies to smaller orders. Tracking information is emailed once your order ships. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

4. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of research compounds, we generally cannot accept returns once an order has shipped. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@winnerscirclepeptides.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

5. Volume Discounts

Tiered discounts are automatically applied at checkout based on total vial quantity and are subject to change without notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including the Winners Circle Peptides name, logo, branding, product descriptions, and site design — is the exclusive property of Winners Circle Peptides™ and may not be reproduced or used without express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Winners Circle Peptides shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of any product purchased through this Site. Products are sold "as is" for research purposes only.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Winners Circle Peptides operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
